Truffles

We called in on the off chance of getting a table, and we were so lucky to only have to wait a short time.

Booking would be advisable as this is a very popular restaurant.

Welcome was warm and relaxing, the service amazing.

The food, WOW, just Wow, will be back again very soon, had a wonderful evening, thank you truffles.

Excellent in every way.

Truffles is a small, intimate restaurant, set in a very old (16th Century I believe) building with immense character. The welcome on arrival is suitably formal but very friendly. At no time are you rushed or pressured - the night is yours and you feel completely at ease to choose from their excellent wine list, and exquisite menu.

The food is imaginative, beautifully cooked, well presented and impeccably served.

This was our first time - it will certainly NOT be our last!

What a wonderful little restaurant. It speaks volumes when in february you can't get a table for 4 people on a Saturday night until september. Fabulous food, excellent service, the best advice I can give you, is that if you want to go again book before you leave. This place is a must .

What a gem.We have been going to Truffles from the day it opened and go approx every six week.

We have not had a bad meal yet and always have a really good night.Its great as it is local so taxis a must.
