Great Team, Fab Customers and Great Food, well worth a visit,
Landlord clearly cant manage under pressue. Young, minimum wage staff behind the bar and a large tattooed landlady that has an obsession with having doors open (to make it easier for her collecting glasses-even though it was 10 degrees outside)
Cheap frozen food, fast cooked and salad added to make it look homemade-its not (all from freezer / cook/chill)
Poor pub, egotistical staff (and i work for Greene King-which the landlord did not know until he reads this!)

Must pay a visit to Dragon Hotel over the Bank Holiday weekend. It sounds like a really well run and friendly place unlike the other Greene King pub up the road, Travellers Rest. I'll give the Dragon 5 stars just for the rave reviews!
Lovely pub! Lovely Staff! Very clean and well maintained!
Friendly attmosphere.. you could walk in by yourself and the regulars and staff would make you feel more than welcome! The staff couldnt do enought for you!
Food is lovely much better than the other greene king pubs within the area! Top entertainment on pretty much every weekend ranging from Kareoke to live bands! Quiz Thursday & Sundays.. What more could you ask for in a pub!
The best pub in the area without a doubt!
Have tried other green king pubs in area, malt shovel & travellers rest. OMG!! The Dragon is so much more friendly - cleaner and staff seem better trained, landlords Chris and Donna are lovely, guy in travellers is a scruff and never see the one in the Malt. Food was lovely - Best steak we ever had. Well reccomended

Karaoke nights are a laugh. The food is pretty good as well
